About Me

With deep roots in the Marysville area and a passion for helping people, I’ve dedicated myself to serving the unique needs of our local community. I am a 2016 Marysville Jr/Sr High School graduate. Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I was gaining experience in real estate through Surveying and Title/Escrow Services. I received my real estate license in August of 2023. Since then, it has been a joy to see people purchasing their first home, helping others sell that same home and upgrade to their dream home, and assist in the purchase of one’s first piece of farm ground.

I believe in building long-term relationships based on trust and integrity. My goal is to make the process of buying and selling land or property as simple and enjoyable as possible, and to help you find the perfect piece to call your home or fit into your operation.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me running my side business Brinegar Outdoor Services (Skid Steer and Mini Excavator Services), helping my family with their farm operation in Southeast Nebraska, assistant coaching the MHS Baseball Team, playing in bands, or enjoying my acreage that my lovely fiancé and I, along with our two Golden Retrievers get to call home.
