About Me
Toby Bruna has always had a passion for real estate, buying his first quarter of ground at just 20 years old. He’s grown that experience by not only expanding his own real estate portfolio, but also helping family, friends and clients in buying and selling properties over the past 30+ years. Toby was born and raised in Hanover, located in North Central Kansas near the Nebraska state line. He attended Hanover High School and quickly developed a love for the outdoors.
He worked in management within the agriculture industry for more than 30 years, including as a manager for Bruna Implement Co., an established Case IH farm equipment dealership catering to those in North Central and Northeast Kansas. Toby brings vast experience with all facets of real estate to Midwest Land and Home, having owned and operated all types of ground including irrigated and non-irrigated tillable farms, pasture ground, CRP, and recreational land.
When Toby’s not working, you’ll likely find him doing something outdoors. He has a particular passion for whitetail management. He serves as a USD 223 school board member and Washington County Hospital District 1 board member. He is a past St. John’s Catholic Church and School parish council member. Toby lives on a farm just outside of Hanover with his wife, Barbara and together, they have six children: Taylor, Peyton, Kendall, Brigham, Tanner and Brooklyn.
