Legal Description: S8, S9, & S16, T01, R04E, 169.12 Surveyed Acres (Updated 6/22/23), Located east and north of the center of the river and west of UP RR ROW, also includes Outlot 6 located on the east side of tracks in Hollenberg Less ROW (See Survey with Legal Description in “Attachments” below.) Please note the .31 acres in the NE corner of the property next to the Railroad Right of Way that is “excluded”. It is the Surveyor’s professional opinion “that the intent was for this .31 acres be included on the deed with additional acres deeded by the county to Brenneis in 1984 and that it was an oversight not to include it.
