About Me
Aaron grew up in Nemaha County, Kansas, and spent much of his youth on his family’s farm in Southeast Nebraska. His agricultural upbringing gave him firsthand experience with farming practices, land management, and raising livestock. Those early experiences shaped his appreciation for the land and continue to influence the way he approaches his work today.
Aaron graduated from Kansas State University in 2012 and earned his Certified General Real Property Appraisal License in 2018. Today, Aaron and his appraisal firm specialize in agricultural, recreational, and rural residential real estate appraisals throughout Northeast Kansas, Southeast Nebraska, and Western Missouri. As an active member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA), Aaron stays connected to the agricultural and rural real estate communities.
Outside of work, Aaron’s love for the outdoors has taken him on countless adventures. Whether hiking through many of our national parks, bikepacking across Colorado, canoeing through Boundary Waters, or hunting on his family’s farm, he enjoys every opportunity to spend time outdoors and experience the land firsthand.
In 2026, Aaron expanded his services by earning his real estate licenses in Kansas and Missouri. Whether you’re buying your first piece of land, selling a family farm, searching for a recreational property, or looking for a home in a rural setting, Aaron brings local knowledge, market expertise, and a genuine appreciation for the land to every client he serves.
