About Me
Jessica Leis is a dedicated real estate broker on a mission to deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism, integrity, and heart. A lifelong resident of Marshall County, Kansas, Jessica graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, emphasizing operations management and a minor in leadership—all completed in just two years while working full-time.
Her career began in customer service and leadership, where she supported thousands of clients, built lasting relationships, and held multiple roles over five impactful years. She then expanded into manufacturing procurement, managing hundreds of supplier relationships and ensuring end-user satisfaction with decades-strong partners.
Since earning her real estate license in 2016, Jessica has closed hundreds of successful transactions. She is highly experienced in VA, FHA, USDA, and first-time homebuyer programs, serving residential, commercial, and agricultural clients across Kansas and Nebraska.
Jessica’s small-town upbringing shaped her values—her family farmed and operated a shoe store, gun shop, and trucking business. Her reputation is built on honesty, drive, and meticulous attention to detail.
Outside of real estate, Jessica finds joy and balance in running, volleyball, softball, crafting, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones. She’s also passionate about camping under the open sky and boating on serene Midwest waters—embracing every opportunity to connect with nature and recharge.
